Job Description

The Communications Manager will oversee the development and execution of communication strategies that amplify Accor’s Social Care & Impact efforts. This role focuses on ensuring that all communications are aligned and impactful, using various channels such as media relations, events, and partnerships to effectively promote the department’s initiatives and foster greater community engagement.

Your main responsabilities will be :

  • Definition of the 360° communication strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy, incorporating media relations, social media, events, and digital channels, with a focus on Social Care & Impact topics.
  • Ensure the visibility and promotion of Social Care & Impact department’s projects across all communication channels (print, digital, events, media relations).
  • Supervision of communication materials: coordinate the creation of various content (articles, newsletters, videos, etc.) and ensure its consistent distribution across different media platforms and to key stakeholders.
  • Event organization and promotion: plan and manage internal and external events to highlight Social Care & Impact initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar role.

  • Dynamic and assertive
  • Pro-active and ability to take initiative

Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in communication, marketing, or public relations.
